Throughout this document, the terms “we,” “us”, or “our” refer to Toast to a New Beginning, operated solely by Gwendolyn Magee.
Welcome to Toast to a New Beginning. By booking or purchasing any coaching services through this website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Coaching Services
Coaching is a collaborative process focused on personal and professional growth. The Client understands and agrees that coaching is not therapy, counseling, or consulting, nor is it a substitute for any medical, psychological, legal, or financial services. The Coach’s role is to provide guidance and support to help the Client achieve their self-defined goals.
2. Session Packages & Payments
We offer various coaching packages, including:
4-Week Accountability Check-In Package
6-Week Transformation Session Package
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking for these packages. The remaining balance will be automatically withdrawn from the payment method you provided at checkout one day before your scheduled appointment.
If your purchase a coaching package within 7 days of your initial consultation, the $100 consultation fee will be credited toward the remaining balance of your selected package.
You will receive an invoice for the remaining balance at least 7 days prior to your upcoming session.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a session at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, will be considered forfeited and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.
All cancellations or reschedule requests must be made in writing via email to CoachMagee1@outlook.com .
4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of coaching and the time commitment reserved for each client:
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
This applies to all services, including single sessions, packages, deposits, and products.
5. Client Responsibilities
By engaging in coaching services, you agree to:
Attend scheduled sessions on time.
Participate actively and honestly in the coaching process.
Take full responsibility for your decisions, actions, and results.
Understand that coaching does not guarantee any specific outcomes.
6. Confidentiality
All personal information and discussions during coaching sessions will remain confidential, unless disclosure is required by law or with your express written consent.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, resources, and content provided during coaching sessions or through this website are the property of Toast to a New Beginning and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Toast to a New Beginning makes no guarantees about the results of coaching. You agree to participate voluntarily and understand that you are responsible for your own decisions and outcomes.
We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of our services.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend coaching services at any time, without refund, in the event of:
Non-payment or disputed payments
Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior
Breach of these Terms & Conditions
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States, specifically the State of Mississippi, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to resolve any disputes in the courts of that jurisdiction.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing coaching services or booking sessions with Toast to a New Beginning, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
