How do I know if coaching is right for me?

Coaching can be incredibly beneficial if you’re feeling stuck or ready for change in any of the areas I specialize in. If you’re looking to make improvements in your personal or professional life, coaching will provide you with actionable insights, accountability, and support.

What is the best way to prepare for coaching sessions?

Before our sessions, take a moment to reflect on any challenges you’re currently facing or goals you want to explore. Jotting down any questions or thoughts beforehand will help us make the most of our time together.

Can I work with you if I’m new to coaching?

Absolutely! Coaching is great for people at any stage of their personal or professional journey. If you’re new to coaching, I’ll guide you through the process and ensure it’s a comfortable and rewarding experience.

How do I book a session?

Scheduling is done through Acuity. After purchasing the program, you’ll receive an email with a link to schedule your session. You’ll be able to choose a time that works best for your schedule, and we’ll confirm everything in advance. There’s also a scheduling page on the website for all my sessions including the Listen & Advice Hour session.

What happens after my program is complete?

Once your program is complete, you’ll have the option to continue with additional sessions or check-ins, depending on your goals. My aim is to ensure you feel empowered to maintain your progress and keep moving forward on your own.

Can I get a refund on the digital downloadable bundle?

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are no available. Please contact me if you have any issues accessing your bundle.

Why is the consultation a paid service?

I offer consultations as a paid service because I work full-time and coach part-time. which means my availability is limited. Charging a small fee help ensure that consultation spots are used intentionally and that our time together is valued. It also allows me to give each inquiry the attention and presence it deserves.

Do I need to have a specific goal in mind before starting?

While having a goal in mind can be helpful, you don’t need to know exactly where you want to end up. Many clients come to me for clarity, and part of our work together will be to uncover your true goals and develop a plan to achieve them.

What’s the structure of the coaching sessions?

Sessions are typically 60 minutes and are conducted via phone. During our sessions, we’ll dive into current challenges, outline actionable steps, and keep you accountable to your progress.

Are the sessions confidential?

Yes! All conversations during my sessions are held with respect, privacy, and confidentiality. I have a private space in my home where I conduct all sessions via phone.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule a session?

I understand that life can be unpredictable. You can reschedule a session with 24 hours notice through Acuity. Your confirmation email includes links to reschedule or cancel if needed. Please be mindful any sessions missed without notice will be considered forfeited.

What’s included in the digital downloadable bundle?

The bundle includes a collection of carefully crafted documents designed to support your personal growth and reflection. You’ll receive instant access to download the files after purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. Some of the payment methods used are all major credit cards, debit cards with a Mastercard or Visa logo, Apply Pay, Link, Cash App, Amazon Pay, and as well as Klarna. They serve customers and merchants across Europe, North America, and other areas. It’s merchant network is over 600,000 retail partners.

If you choose Klarna at checkout, you can split your payment into interest-free installments or pay later, depending on your eligibility and Klarna’s terms. it’s a flexible way to manage your purchase with ease.

What can I expect from your coaching program?

My coaching program is designed to guide you through transformative steps in key areas of your life— whether it’s finance, career, relationships, or health. Each session is personalized to help you achieve your specific goals and create lasting, positive change.

What is the difference between coaching sessions and the Listening & Advice Hour?

Coaching sessions are goal-oriented and focused on helping you develop strategies, set action plans, and achieve personal growth through guided support. The Listening & Advice Hour, on the other hand, is a safe and ethical space where you can talk openly about anything on your mind without receiving coaching. It’s a compassionate listening session with thoughtful advice offered when appropriate, but it does not involve coaching techniques, goal-setting, or structured guidance. Boundaries are carefully maintained to ensure your privacy and well-being throughout.

Is a deposit required to book a coaching package?

Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your coaching package. This deposit secures your spot and confirms your commitment to the coaching process.

The remaining balance will be invoiced or automatically charged before your first session begins. You’ll receive all payment details once you book.

If you book a session within 7 days of your consultation, your $100 consultation fee will be fully credited toward your remaining balance (after the deposit).

The Listen & Advice Hour session is a one-time fee; therefore, no deposit is required.

How do I access my digital downloadable bundle?

After completing your purchase via Stripe; a financial service used for my business, you’ll receive a link to download the bundle immediately. You can also access your downloads anytime from your Squarespace account if you’re logged in.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

At this time, I do not offer refunds on any purchases. However, I am fully committed to your success and will provide you with the tools, guidance, and support necessary to achieve your goals. If you have any concerns, please reach out directly to discuss how we can best move forward.
